Established in 2001, Pengcheng Industry Co. Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of synthetic leather, cotton fabrics and chemical fabrics. Our main products include shell materials with PU coating, bonded cloth with anti-static coating, polar fleece, wet-processed PU and dry-processed PU.
These products are available in special processing such as vein-treatment, color-matching, printing, gauffereding, calendering and sanding. Our products have characteristics of vivid colors, soft handle feel, flexible, non-frothing, wash-enduring, anti-broken, waterproof, breathable, damp-free-through, heat-loose and warm. The anti-exfoliated intensity and environment friendly standards all reach the related international levels.
Our leather products are widely applied to garments, sofas, cases, bags, shoes, furniture, sports goods, modern decoration, national defense and war industry. These products are not only distributed all over China, but also sold well in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Meanwhile, our main chemical materials are sourced from Korea and the Taiwan region.
We have independent labs and QC centers, which are equipped with first-class testing, sampling and inspection equipment, and adopt nanotechnology in production. Besides, we carry out a strict quality control system. From design, raw materials purchase, production to goods loading and delivery, all processes are under strict control, testing and inspection in accordance with the national standards.
